Leadership Development

Leadership Development offers clear, step-by-step pathways for women who are ready to lead in their communities, workplaces, and nonprofits. Through multi-week cohorts, we walk through practical topics such as communication, meeting facilitation, conflict navigation, and decision-making.

Participants also learn how boards operate, what it means to serve with integrity, and how to advocate for their communities in rooms where decisions are made. Sessions include teaching, small-group reflection, and real-world assignments that stretch confidence at a steady pace.

We are intentional about supporting women of color and first-time leaders who may not see themselves reflected in traditional leadership spaces. Graduates leave with tools, a stronger voice, and a supportive network that continues beyond the program.
